Castel Digital is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018.

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

Description of your project (free-text message)

No sensitive data (health, political opinions, etc.) is collected or requested.

4. Retention period

Data submitted through the contact form is kept for 12 months from the last interaction, then deleted. It may be kept longer if a contractual relationship is established (statutory period of 7 years for accounting records).

This website only uses technical cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (remembering your light or dark theme preference). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.

If Google Analytics is enabled in the future, this policy will be updated and a consent banner will be added in accordance with the GDPR.
